The test lab incorporates the very latest in processing equipment, including an agitated Uniflow jacketed tank, a jacketed double-ribbon horizontal blender, a jacketed kettle with an inclined double-motion scraped-surface agitator, a jacketed kettle with a single-motion scraped-surface agitator in conjunction with various interchangeable mixers, and the Tri-Mix Turbo-Shear, a fully jacketed vacuum/pressure vessel that has both scraped-surface double-motion agitation along with a high-shear mixer. Lee's pilot plant, engineering assistance, and guaranteed scale-up are all provided for you at "no charge." |
