In your CIP (Clean-in-place) program, we know the task to optimize cleaning is of vital concern to processors. Lee Industries has developed the new L1 sprayball with that objective in mind! The unique Lee design insures full coverage of your vessel's top head including connections, mixer flanges and manways. A standard computer programmed spray pattern and cascade effect provide full coverage for most vessels at minimal water usage and pressure...10-15 GPM at 25-35 PSIG. Individualized spray pattern manipulation is available for special applications. Certification for prevalidation documentation can be achieved through dye-coverage testing by Lee engineers.

The L1 sprayball is manufactured of T-316L stainless steel. It is designed as an easily removable assembly, but it can also be permanently installed. The complete sprayball assembly can be finished to match the vessel specifications including electropolishing throughout.
